Following each session, Jeff’s trainees will often receive a detailed email summarizing the key learnings that were covered. These messages encourage further growth and development.

Jeff focuses on connection, not perfection.

Trainees need to learn that successful communication requires an authentic approach. Global colleagues want to hear the voices of their Japanese partners now. This means Japanese staff must speak up now. To achieve this, perfection is not necessary, instead honesty and authentic connection is vital.
