Inspire your staff to STOP hesitating, START communicating and ADD more value.

This seminar is presented in English and runs for between 90 to 120 minutes including 15 minutes Q&A time.

It is aimed at staff who need to communicate with global colleagues in English, but who still hesitate and do not actively participate.

You will learn – regardless of your current English level – some key actions and attitudes that you can take into your next meeting with your global colleagues, to start immediately improving participation and boost your level of understanding.

It will include some interactive elements and provide you with some take home resources you can use to support and encourage you in your future English interactions. You will receive some real examples that demonstrate how global colleagues think and feel when you communicate with them.

It will help release you from the burden of feeling ‘you have to be perfect before you can speak’ and show you that by adopting a more assertive and active communication mindset, you can build your confidence, create strong relationships, gain the respect of your global colleagues, and help kick start the cycle to make you more proactive in situations that require English communication.
