- Knowledge of communication key phrases.
- Current English communication needs.
Next, an individual training program would be created and tailored for the executive to support the development of English communication skills.
Mid to high level Executive Mentoring: At this level, this training is in essence an ‘idea exchange’ A chance to be involved in discussion on a range of cultural and business issues. A chance to hear a different viewpoint and to explore different ways of thinking, viewing and communicating about the world.
Low Level Executive Mentoring: At this level, more basic functional communication areas such as those shown below would need to be addressed in the initial stages of training.
